Removal, groupage and container

Three ways to send cargo that does not go in a promotional box. An advisor confirms the price and the transit time.

Removal

We coordinate removals for individuals and families between Spain and Colombia.

This can include furniture, clothing, household goods and personal belongings if the rules allow them.
It also includes parcels that do not fit in the medium box or the standard box: furniture and pallets.

Several customers share space in the same container.

The container is assigned to a single customer for a large volume.

It can be used for a removal, depending on the volume and the cargo.
The advisor confirms whether the volume fits in groupage or needs a full container (FCL).

This is a separate service from the promotional boxes. It has no published rate or transit time.
Volume is measured in cubic metres: length × width × height in centimetres, divided by 1,000,000.
An advisor agrees the price on WhatsApp. The result is an estimate.
No line is added for import taxes in Colombia.
Collection and delivery are at the accessible main entrance. They do not include stairs, upper floors, assembly, dismantling or extraordinary loading.
Not accepted: money, weapons, explosives, drugs, counterfeit goods, flammables, restricted chemicals, animals, biological material, mobiles, food or liquids.
Fragile items travel packed for ordinary transport. Protection of the contents is the sender's responsibility.
Basic sea freight cover is €100. Additional cover is optional: 10 % of the value of the contents, with a minimum of €20.
